Liturgical Ministries

Altar ServersList Item 1
We are in need of Altar servers for all weekend Masses in our churches. Any individual who are 4th grade or older and has made their First Holy Communion is eligible to become an altar server. This is a wonderful way to serve our Lord and our parish community.

Eucharistic MinistersList Item 2
Parishioners who are 18 years of age and older who are commissioned by the church to distribute Holy Communion at Mass, to the sick at home, and to those in the hospital.

LectorsList Item 3
The ministry of a Lectors is to proclaim God’s Word at Mass. Readers are entrusted with proclaiming the First and Second Readings, the General Intercessions (Petitions), and announcements during the celebration of Mass.
Greeters

UshersList Item 1
The ministry of an Usher is one with many functions. The most visible of functions is taking up the collection on weekend Masses.

Greeters welcome parishioners and occasionaly hand out flyers or bulletins.

Every Tuesday, at St. Therese Church at 555 Middletown Ave. in North Haven.
Here is some important info to know:
Doors open at 5 PM - Bingo starts at 7 PM
Enter through the back side door, on the parking lot side
Snacks and soft drinks available for purchase
Bingo packets are $25.

Our Council supports St. Elizabeth of The Trinity Parish, their clergy, staff and parishioners, consisting of St. Barnabas Church, St. Frances Cabrini Church and St. Therese Church all in North Haven, CT.

Parish Festival
Our Annual Festival at St. Therese Church is the 2nd longest running event in our town and the longest running event in our Parish.
We are always looking for volunteers to help us out with setting up, working in our the booths and kitchen or cleaning up. All are welcome! High school and Middle School students too.
