St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Parish

    Parishioners who are 18 years of age and older who are commissioned by the church to distribute Holy Communion at Mass, to the sick at home, and to those in the hospital.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are commissioned for a three-year term with the option of a one term renewal. Parishioners are eligible after a year off to be commissioned again. In order to become a Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion you must be a Catholic in good standing with the Church and have received the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation.
