How to Volunteer

To Volunteer for our Parish Festival or any Parish Event or Ministry you must be Virtus Trained.


To volunteer for this years Festival please call the parish office and speak to a secretary 203-239-5378 or sign up through flocknote.


Festival Setup, Operations, and Cleanup!

This year we have extended our Festival to 4 days. We will begin setting up on Saturday July 12 at 10AM. Help is needed everyday thru Thursday July 24. Weather is always a factor, we will work in rain when necessary. If you have any questions contact our Festival Director or the parish office.
Note: Once the Festival begins, all volunteers must check in at the volunteer booth and all volunteers are required to wear the names tags provided during their scheduled volunteer times.


Join a Festival Committee!

f you are interested in joining the Parish Festival Marketing and Sponsorship Committee, please join us for a meeting on Thursday, March 27 at 7:00 PM in the hall at St. Therese. The Sponsorship Committee will be responsible for: securing sponsors, sponsorship mailing, coordination of sponsor signs and ads, making of placemats, assisting with placement of banners, sponsor signs and placemat ads.  The Marketing Committee will be responsible for: street signs and placement around town, creating and placing flyers in town businesses, taking photographs during the festival, discussing and presenting marketing ideas with the Festival Committee, publicity - including publicizing entertainment and activities. If you are interested and can lend a hand, we encourage you to join us on March 27!


Some other committees are: Entertainment and Activities, Venue, and all our food booths.

There will be a gathering for all volunteers on Thursday, July 24 at 6pm in the church hall. Please join us!
